"This hotel is unique, as it was built in 1929. I chose it because of this. It is a block from the cute little town. There is not much in the way of amenities, so don’t count on that. It is right on the main path so it was a bit noisy but I would stay here again."

"Smoking bench was right outside front door. Had to walk through smoke to get inside and it wafted into the building as well. Housekeeping left by noon and since we were still there at noon our room did not get cleaned. But overall was still a good hotel."

"The setting, on a gravel road in the woods, was beautiful, quiet and private. A nice fire pit was provided in an open area with chairs and some wood (we brought additional wood and burned all of it). The cabin was well-prepared and attractive. Fresh, warm homemade bread awaited us at check-in. The newer round shower was great. The loveseat was comfortable. Everything worked great. Debra responded quickly and completely to our one texted question on arrival, and was helpful with the reservation...

"Very nice property, quiet and plenty of room. It was perfect for me and my family of six. Everyone enjoyed themselves. The kids enjoyed the game room and the hot tub very easy communication with the owners very attentive."

"I needed a place to stay while visiting family and was thankful to find a place in the country that would allow me to bring my dogs (one is deaf and has a very loud bark and one is a bully breed). They had a blast getting to see lizards for the first time. The cabin is amazing in a very quiet setting with wildlife just walking through.
