"Pet-friendly. However it is obvious that a large dog has been upstairs; rug and furniture are in desperate need of cleaning/replacement. Otherwise the place was comfortable and suited our needs. Bed and bathroom were fine downstairs. The steep driveway is an issue so we parked across the street sometimes. "

The house was generally clean but could have been cleaned more carefully: on the porch we found cigarette butts in a bucket and in one bedroom the nightstand surface was sticky from a spilled drink. We appreciated the ample supply of glassware, plates, and utensils."

Property was clean and the mattresses were in good shape.Outside property condition, gutters & back/side deck are in need of attention. This was the 3rd occasion that we have stayed at this location & the large clock on the wall in the main area was broken on the 1st stay in August & had not been replaced by our 3rd visit in October.
