"I was checked in for two nights when I had reserved three. There is no breakfast or coffee as advertised. There was old garbage in our room and someone’s coat in the wardrobe. There were dried paper towels stuck to the wall in the bathroom and over the patio door. The laundry room does not work. There was no hair dryer. The ceiling in the fitness room looked full of mold. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Overall very run down and gross."

"This place was very much run-down. The AC in the room was not working even though it was set on full blast at the lowest setting. The room reeked of stale cigarette smoke, multiple occupants of nearby rooms were out in the open smoking weed. My kid was able to go enjoy the swimming pool, which was about the only good thing about the place. The breakfast bar was there, but it was "closed", of course. Overall, the whole establishment just gives you the ick. Oh and there was a turd still floating...

"The bed frame is the foldable one, not very stable. The mattress is not no support at all."

"The front desk staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The entire facility was very clean and well maintained. The room was well furnished, bed was very comfortable and everything was in good working order. The complimentary breakfast was very good. There was a wide variety of foods offered. The breakfast staff replenished the items quickly so there was always food available. They were also friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a good location in historic Wilmington and...

"Our floor was flooding, our toilet didn’t stop running, the tiling around the tub was cracked so badly that I stepped into what would’ve been a massive hole had I not noticed. The walls and shower curtains were disgusting. Cockroaches in the bathroom!! I reached out to the hotel and Expedia and got no response. Maintenance came to our room but didn't follow up."

"The pool wasn't working and now they don't offer breakfast anymore. Even when it says it does."

"Upon check in staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room was as described, with two spacious bedrooms and a large living area. Kitchen was a nice bonus although we didn’t have the opportunity to use it. Property is in close proximity to the university. Took us a few minutes by car. Happy to return again!"
