The back stairs were filthy. Could not use key to access to back stairs. We have stayed 4 times and it was never like this. The front desk clerk had to do double duty and breakfast person. They were very nice"

"I was very disappointed with the cleanness of the home. The screened in porch area was not clean it was very dusty and dirty with spider webs, and the fire pit area wasn't clean. The towels in the bathrooms were stained and didn't appear to be fresh. There were tiny bugs in the bathroom corners that we had to sweep up. In the master bathroom on the 1st floor there was a dead wasp on the top window curtain. The home needs a thorough cleaning inside and outside."
