"Room was clean and nice and the A/C worked great, however the toilet ran constantly and breakfast was not what was advertised. They were out of most foods by 9am and breakfast was supposed to run until 10am. If you are going to advertise a breakfast buffet until 10am, you can’t run out of food before 9am and leave your guests without."

"This place is gorgeous, the people who work there are friendly and kind from the cleaning person to the valets to the bartender, to the concierges. The bedding is comfortable, everything is spotlessly clean, and I loved every minute of my stay!"

"There was a water issue that didn’t affect our stay but there was equipment around the entrance and in the parking lot. Kids running in the halls after 10pm and the dumpster pickup at 4am outside the window. These were mostly outside of the hotel’s control but were less than ideal."

"The fridge did not work. The TV did not work. Moved us to another room which was just the same. no fridge, no TV. Bed soo so, breakfast very plain, poor selections."

"Upon entering the Motel 6 lobby to check-in I was treated extremely rudely and disrespectfully by the front desk person. He lied to me saying my reservation was cancelled due to not receiving my phone number from Expedia, launched into a tirade about Expedia, then demanded to see my idea and it revealed that he HADN'T actually cancelled my reservation, but it was such an offputting interaction that I decided not to stay there."

"My entry floor and bathroom floor was filthy dirty. I have pictures of cleaning the floor myself. I booked the last room available which was handicapped assessable on the first floor which I didn’t need. It was near an exit door, the laundry room, gym and all you heard was noise until 12:30 am. Having driven from SC, I was tired and wanted to rest and not listen to the noise and music coming from the gym."

"Breakfast was good. Must have the employee to beep you into the 24/7 gym before 7am. Also, tp in the common area was barely stacked."
