"I found everything wonderful. The beds were comfortable. The staff was there to help us, especially when we couldn’t fix the TV. She came immediately and fixed it so they were very helpful and we loved not having to go for breakfast. They have a nice breakfast there you can’t ask for anything more."

"Very walkable property to the downtown. Parking convenient. Room was dated and not serviced until we left, so after 4 days trash and dirty linens were piled. Life machine didn’t work, no fridge, tv didn’t work, lighting was poor. Dated and tired room that needed refreshed."

"I wanted this hotel to be a great stay however there was no help when it came to a severe noise complaint and a disruptive guest that kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. I was not offered any option because there was no other rooms to move into and they told me that the manager would contact me and I also reached out to the manager only to be ghosted for a week and no resolution to be made."
