"This hotel took us by surprised. The ambiance of this hotel were amazing and the steak house was just out of this world Such a classy and elegant decor in a small Alabama town was great. The only thing that disappointed us was the pool. It just didn’t flow with the elegance of the hotel It was really a rundown pool They definitely have to upgrade the pool area so it goes with the flow of the hotel"

"First off the place is nowhere near like the pictures on the Internet. The place is rundown wore out dirty there’s people living on the property or staying long term and without judgement drug users… being in EMS can pick out fairly easy.. our room the tub would not Turn off all the way and constantly ran not wide-open but enough to where it should have been fixed the sink in the area next to the bathroom stayed stopped up you can use it to wash your hands and water would take hours to go away...

"Demanded a $50 cash deposit despite no notice stating this prior to coming to the property. I should have left over that alone. Check in took 15 minutes as they acted as though they did not have any of my information and had no idea how to input it into their system. I told them I wanted assurances the room was clean and that the room would be refreshed everyday if I need to pay a deposit. They did nothing.
