"Although this is a fairy new Hotel. My king size room was quite pleasant. The bed was very comfortable. The air-conditioner was so up to par. Sometimes i had to turn the air-conditioned down. The 43 inch television was clear to watch. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and i felt safe! Thank you boutique for your housepatility. KAJ."

"Spotless! Comfortable Beds! Chelsea was very friendly, efficiently made check in a smooth process! Enjoyed our stay and will be back soon since this is our halfway point to visit our daughter in College Station, Texas. We normally split the ride going and coming, and have used almost every hotel and motel in the area. No more looking. Will book here from now on."

"The cabin is on a hilltop secluded from view.The hot tub was nice and hot, we grilled on the patio and had drinks every night...fire pit was crackling and added a extra touch. Could use a new bedframe in the spare bedroom and the chicken bones in the trash can cleaned out. The water smells of sulfur which was disappointing! Take extra pots and pans. The overall experience was delightful and we stayed extra night's. Amber our Host was awesome!!! We'll definitely stay here again... thinking about...

"This was our second time staying at this house and I can honestly say we will be staying here again. We do a yearly fishing trip and this house provides perfect accommodations with plenty of parking for boats as well as a safe/secure location feel.The host is great! His communication is top notch and he really wants to make sure the place is accommodated for your stay."
