"Propreté moyenne (nourriture par terre sur le tapis)… Mais surtout, il n’y a pas eu d’eau durant 2 heures! On ne pouvait pas se laver ou se brosser les dents mais surtout on ne pouvait pas aller au toilettes! Par contre, appartement très bien équipé et surtout bien équipé!"

"Check in was really easy, guy on reception (over the road) explained everything to us and gave us our paperwork. We had a top floor room which was no problem as there was a lift. Room was really clean. The kitchenette was great (although we didn't use it) it had everything you could need. Mattress on the bed could do with being replaced as it wasn't the comfiest but still able to sleep decent. Overall we were completely satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again."

The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and well-equipped. The location was excellent—right near Matthew Street—so it was perfect for going out and close to shopping areas as well. "Prior to our arriving we had some queries regarding the parking and the staff on the phone were very helpful and friendly. As we arrived early one of the domestic team was there to let us drop our cases off early. The apartment building was stunning outside and very nice and clean inside. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. We will absolutely be back to stay when we return to this amazing city. Happy to recommend."
