"The bathroom had many dead bugs on the floor and in the shower. The girl at front desk was very helpful and did give us a new room. The hallways needed vacumning very bad. Ice machines did not work at all. I wish I would have taken a photo but already turned key in."

"Staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was very good serving just the basics. Kitchen is clean and comfortable. Rooms are clean but we’re missing a few things. Tissue box had 1 left. No kitchen soap for dishes and toaster did not work."

"Yes, the breakfast was fresh but on our last day there, there wasn't any breakfast on the steam table. The parking lot was clean, safe, and easy to park in. The door lock didn't unlock most of the time but they were getting ready to replace it and others. Our faucet on the sink had 2 metal washers that fell off so the whole faucet moved when you turned the water on and off. The few staff members working were very nice and helpful.
