"Very friendly, very clean"

"Great stay! Clean room, friendly staff, and excellent service. I’d definitely stay again!"

"It was the perfect location to enjoy the beautiful uptown. Very clean!"

"Overall great stay! We notified them in advance twice we had a dog coming with and would be arriving close to midnight, and was told no problem, and that all buildings were dog friendly except 1. When we arrived we found out they put us in the 1 non dog friendly building on accident - but it was so late at night they were in really accommodating given it was their mistake in the room assignments. They let us stay in there and even provided a written note confirming it was ok. I would definitely...

"Good breakfast"

"nothing in particular."

"Great location Good service Beautiful property Very comfortable"

"Your rooms pillows were awful- I had a very tough time falling asleep due to the most uncomfortable pillows and awoke with painful neck cramp."

"This place was dirty and very unclean, our keys never worked we had to constantly get them replaced, the showers literally had black mold in them, the sheets and pillow cases had stains all over them, the comforters had cigarette burns in them, overall it just looked like it was not well cleaned or even kept in good condition."

"Extremely Disappointing – Dirty, Run-Down, and Serious Safety Concerns I was extremely disappointed with my stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Normal, Illinois. When I checked in, I was informed that the pool had been shut down by the city, which was already disappointing. Unfortunately, the condition of the room and the safety concerns made the experience even worse. As soon as I entered the room, there was a horrible smell, and it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned or...

"The place was clean but there was no remote for the tv when I asked for one they gave me one but it never turned the tv on. The pool is closed tell further notice. The parking lot needs work as does the outside furniture that was broken. The bread and bagels were very stale. The bed was clean and very comfortable"

"Good for one night - but I choose another hotel next time. Nothing around to eat"

"They over charged us for our pet stay but it was fine... we enjoyed ourselves would have e stayed longer if the pet fees weren't so bad.. you expect those tunes of fee for high end .. they shouldn't have a pet deposit considering where they are and the crime rate in the spot alone & the scary parts surrounding but that shouldn't turn you down from staying"

"Room was nice and clean. Parked right outside our room. Breakfast was nice in the morning."

"✓."

"I found the staff to be pleasant and helpful. The property is maintained well."

"This was the most disgusting, dirty room I have stayed in in a very long time. Black mold in the toilet, shaving cream or something blue on the shower walls, trash under the bed and stains on the comforter. And the remote was so dirty and sticky. I just prayed to sleep and not get bed bugs it was so gross! I booked 4 rooms for us state XC qualifiers and all these rooms where equally as bad . So disappointed and was not worth the money. Will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to...
