"The pool was very cloudy and dirty. Foam beads floating in the pool, no place to put used towels, broken rafts laying around, kids unsupervised in the pool cussing and yelling. Woke up the next day and the pool look exactly the same as the day before. Dirty towels laying everywhere. Smelled like weed as soon as you walked into door 7,"

"The room gives college dorms vibes, which I thought was nice."

"Our original room had a busted TV which wasn’t realized until after we had everything moved into the room. The HDMI cable had the end broke off. After reporting it to the desk, they moved us to a different room on the other side of the property. The new room’s smelled like weed and the sink was completely clogged and it took 10 minutes to drain. Also, there was no cold water in the shower. The cold faucet handle was broken internally. We were too tired to change rooms again so “enjoyed” hot...

"We only stayed one night, but end up at a different hotel because we end up extending our trip. We should have gone back to this hotel. We had a good stay."
