"If your room is on the second floor, prepare to drag your bags upstairs (no elevator). We had dirty towels in the room, and the air conditioning was off in the room, so it was hot and the carpet was wet with humidity. The smell of mold hits you when you open the door. It might be the worst place I’ve ever stayed. Also, the front desk makes you pay for water with cash… we made our reservation while driving the same evening without seeing the property. "Such a cute place to stay!!! very dated but not in a bad way really. We never met The receptionist, there was a note posted on the door with our directions and our information telling us to go inside and it would be open… and it was. This is an adorable little getaway. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to break away from mainstream motels.. The room was clean. The property was immaculate…. Remind you of the early 1950’s, but well maintained… they even had a little table and two chairs...

"When we arrived to check in, the guy who was there, barely spoke any English & had to call someone to give us a key. I spoke to this person on the phone & he acted as if he didn’t know what hotels.com was. He finally found our reservation, but didn’t look at it and asked how many beds & everything that was in our reservation which we had already answered. We finally get our key & went to our room, it was an old sort of hotel room, it was clean. I went to take a shower & couldn’t get the cold...
