"The facility is newer but showing age and use inside and out. The hotel was clean with no foul odors. Our top floor room was quiet until additional guests arrived. I don't understand why the manager books rooms next to each other when there is ample room space on the floor. The worst thing was the breakfast. Both morning of our stay the food was cold or luke warm and items like eggs and sausage links were burnt. Coffee was horrible. The attendant (a young white girl) was not friendly or...

"The property was as advertised, Clean, large and with a helpful Host. It is the largest VRBO we could find in Marion. Four generations gathered in Marion to bury their beloved Mother. Seven were comfortable in the house with others in local hotels. The spacious first floor provided multiple areas for separate gatherings and conversations."
