"Our experience here was exemplary. Jennifer and Austin at the front desk were welcoming, friendly, funny and very helpful. "My husband & I were pleasantly surprised with this friendly and helpful hotel. The staff was efficient and able to help with any questions we had. We arrived on the last day of Ironman, with bicycles taking precedence over people… it was all handled beautifully. We totally enjoyed the made-to-order breakfast menu, with a shoutout to Katie, who absolutely goes overboard to make sure everyone gets what they want! She is a gem!! "This place is centrally located to everything and is probably the nicest and cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff was super helpful and always asked if we needed anything when just passing by. I would recommend staying here 10/10 times. The only thing I was unware of was parking is not free and you had to essentially use the valet service, not a huge deal just would be nice to know before booking."
