"The only issue is that they really didn’t clean the room well. Staff was great, right in the beach. Cool outside bar and sitting area. Recommend staying there but get better with cleaning the rooms"

Only complaint was you shared a bathroom with neighboring room. Didn’t see that til way after I booked. Ok if you know who is next door. Being 2 gals, wasn’t comfortable for me."

"The room was very clean and had all the amenities a person would need. The bed was very comfortable, the selection of channels on the tv was great, the coffee and tea selection was good, having a microwave and refrigerator was great. Highly recommend this property when traveling."

"When they say 3:00 check in they mean it. We arrived at 2:00 to see if we could check in early. There was no one to talk to. We called the # posted at the front desk but it went right to voicemail. When we returned around 3:00 a very nice staff person was there. Our room was very clean, bed comfortable but dated, carpet needs replacing, air conditioning worked well. We liked being downtown & the River Walk. Due to city construction projects we found it difficult to find parking."

"It is a very unique place with a beautiful spot on Portage Lake. It reminds me a bit of the "resort" in Dirty Dancing. Very pet friendly, Dollhouse was extremely clean. Any staff we came into contact with was very nice. A bit confusing at first as the whole resort is owned by different people so there was no real "check in spot" I had to call Expedia because I didn't receive any check in directions sent to me.
