"The staff were accommodating and fantastic. We love the view of the farmer's fields next door and they allowed us to switch rooms to face that. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. We were glad they had a pool to use as well. My only complaint is that the pool water was pretty yucky looking. It looks like it's time for a refresh of the water. Other than that, everything was FANTASTIC and we'll definitely stay there again."

"We have three little kids and had a bunch of stuff to bring in. The elevator was broken, and we got put on the second floor. The guy at the front desk offered to help, which was nice. Some other things: the outside of the hotel is nice, but the inside is not well-maintained. They were doing renovations that weren't mentioned in the listing. The hot tub was also broken, so they turned the temperature of the pool up to 90 degrees. We weren't planning to use the pool, but with three little kids...

"Crystal was so nice over text AB’s worked with us in arrival time. A gentleman in the yard showed us the camper. It was in the property’s lawn. The camper fits 4 adults and a few children comfortably. 10 is a stretch. I’m giving a bad review because there was no heat & no as listed. The temp went to 30 we hardly slept. We were going to purchase a space heater but when we finished with graduation everything was closed. The bed was gel and very hard because it was so cold and the bed was so high...

"What a wonderful place to stay and wonderul customer service! We had booked another place, we had issues the moment we arrived. Looked for another place and found the kingston east. Highly recommended! Close to everything, even the Temple. "

There were several cleanliness issues, partially because the house had not been occupied recently, but the host assured us she would be changing housecleaners. "Easy to find and access, plenty of room. Very quiet for a basement, great stay!"

"Attacked by dogs allowed by owner, even though no animals allowed. NO concessions, just Sorry wont happen in the future. FYI - There will be no future. When I step out of the shower on the rug all was fine but whenI stepped on the flooring my food was still a little damp and the flooring felt greasy /slime. Less worried about the slip hazard and more about what ever was caked on the floor. Kind of grossed me out. Appeared clean but clearly had issues of some sort."

"Darling place. Very clean and so cute. Hosts were lovely and left extra toothbrushes and other items in case we forgot ours. They came in handy when we arrived late and realized I forgot to pack my youngest’s toothbrush. The kids loved the candy they left us and the game to play with it. Very comfortable stay. "
