"Initially I was annoyed with the check in. This is a budget hotel, older but clean. We had a refrigerator and microwave in our room which was helpful. I spoke to the manager about my concerns she was very nice and helpful. We had no issues with noise I 5 is close but we really did not notice traffic noise. Good location."

"Not enough parking for the hotel, so this hotel doesn’t really have parking even though it is advertised. Please be advised it is “if available” parking. There was at least one man yelling at people and exposing himself to hotel guests. We were with my daughter and her friend, aged 12, so that wasn’t great. Location near the campus was nice."

"Had an indoor pool but the staff had to open it. Should have room key open it for use. First floor rooms do not really have a river view. Saw nothing but trees and shrubs out my window. It was quiet though. Need to clean the shower walls with a good bleaching agent. To may spots on the wall."

"Bedding was clean but carpet throughout hotel was super dirty and although it looks like some updating has been done. Its a little rundown feeling. I also watched a junkie walk up off the street with his hands in his pants, stopped and picked up a half smoked cigarette off the ground, smoked it. Then walked straight through the front door and proceeded to the dining area where breakfast was being served. Helped himself to a plate of food and right back out onto the street. The staff was hiding...

"Very basic accommodation but it was clean. No coffee facility in the room and nothing close by to get coffee if you were up early."
