"I was greeted on check-in by a pleasant lady. She was very understanding that there were more of my family to arrive. My elderly Mom and 2 sisters arrived about an hour after I did. They were received by the same warm welcome as I was. I wish I could remember the name of the receptionist. She was patient as we decided between the 4 of us on parking, shuttle and wake up call for our early flight the next morning. "Firstly, the hosts were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not spend enough to develop a basement suite for guests. We arrived around 11pm and the hosts upstairs were having a family gathering. Not a wild party but the lack of insulation between the upper and lower floors meant that every laugh or walk across the floor is clearly heard.
