"Amazing views, and I appreciated that the bedding all seemed new… though the mattress pad was plasticized and made noise all night 😔 The location was amazing. The buffet breakfast could definitely be improved - no eggs or yogurt, or even skim milk, which seem to be standards even at low-end chains these days. Otherwise a great, easy stay with kind office staff."

"Our room was pretty run down with a shredding curtain and mildew on the ceiling. Breakfast offered sweetened yogurts, commercially produced breads and muffins, sweetened instant oatmeal packets, coffee, and OJ."

"The best night's sleep I had in a week and the breakfast buffet was phenomenal"

"Very clean and helpful staff."

"Excellent location to downtown and convenient parking. Loved that windows actually opened for fresh air. Breakfast was ok. Would have liked to see some type of hot eggs and fresh fruit items. Room was comfortable and clean overall, but bathroom had a mildly mildew smell and toilet needed attention. Could use a little TLC. Quiet at night was a big plus."

"Stained carpet in our room"

"Nice breakfast, great views. No TV or coffee in room."

"Great stay! Close to everything in Rockland and easy to get around. Staff was super helpful. We would not hesitate to stay here again!"

"Room was beautiful."

"The location is excellent. It was very clean. Many thoughtful touches for guests— pantry items, drinks in fridge, toiletries. Good water pressure and nice hot water! They seem like nice people. Unfortunately the bed was hard and the pillows were old and so I didn’t sleep well."

"This is a fabulous boutique hotel!"
