"The breakfast closed early on Saturday when it was communicated to close at 10:30. The housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on my door between 8:30 and 10:00. The last time the house keeper let her self in while the room was still occupied. She did not announce herself either time. The front desk told me that I would receive points for the inconvenience, but they did not provide me with a case number. Their excuse was a language barrier with the house keeper as the house keeper speaks very...

"The breakfast was decent, friendly breakfast attendant. Staff were friendly and attentive. Room was clean, the beds were not comfy and the mattress under the sheets was extremely dirty. Pool area was okay, water was cold and there were no towels. Overall decent stay for the price. Probably wouldn’t stay again just because of how uncomfortable the beds were."

"My queen room was perfect! Tho it was rainy, the grounds and pool looked very nice, well kept. The staff were excellent!! So nice and accommodating. My husband was admitted at KU Med Center so my stay was day to day. They were so kind and helpful. I didn’t sample the breakfast. Parking was plentiful. Overall, very satisfied!!"

"The hotel and room itself was very solid. Nice small gym and pool. Room was clean and well stocked. Quiet room, and convenient location. Only complaint I have is that the hallways going to the rooms or gym etc was not air conditioned so the hotel had that humid and musty feeling. Not a huge deal but if you weren’t inside your actual room, the entire hotel was very warm and humid with that kind of stale air smell and vibe. Maybe the AC was out? Not sure. Overall a solid experience though."

"Great location. Room had a comfortable chair and ottoman. Bed was very comfortable. Sink was new but tub was old. Water pressure in shower was terrible. TV sometimes lost sound and had to be unplugged to reboot. Maintenance man said new TVs had been ordered. Lobby area was spacious and attractive with many areas for small groups to gather."
