Website stated they had a pool, it wasn’t until after the cancellation period expired did we get an email stating they turned it into a fitness club. Room service never came to give fresh towels and change sheets and the button to call the front desk on the phone kept giving an error that the call could not be completed"

There was hair throughout the bathroom and cookie crumbs on top of the bed.
