Breakfast was horrible the pre made waffles were like concrete , food was horrible , we had to go to a restaurant to have a dece t breakfast.. ill NEVER EVER STAY THERE AGAIN.. VERY DISTURBING AND DISAPPOINTED.. "

"This property was wonderfully unique and surprisingly eclectic. The staff was super friendly and the location is IDEAL. The rooms probably need a refresh (keep the decor though!!)"

"The toilets arm in the tank was broke and we had to had lift the thing inside the tank to flush. They had no other room available. Then the air conditioner had to be unplugged and plugged back in to work again. It shut off and didn’t restart unless unplugged and plugged in again. "

"Expedia didn’t book thru Expedia. Had to get a reservation when I got there. I hope Expedia didn’t charge for our first reservation we thought we had. "

"Pool was great, floor in pool was dirty and not cleaned next day. Room was nice, you can tell it’s an updated older property and that’s fine. During our stay the pool bar and other areas seemed to be closed. Breakfast food was average or below for our kids, smaller selection. All that aside, we enjoyed the room and would stay again. "

"Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. "

"Needs a lot of maintenance. Every week I got a different room with some sort of problem. Most toilets don’t work well, TV didn’t work more than once, phone didn’t work, room card didn’t work. Very poorly lit rooms so who knows how clean they were. "
