"The atrium is kept up nice and is easily the shining jewel of the hotel. However, they put me in the north tower which once you leave the atrium is creepy and dirty. Floors haven't been vacuumed in a quite some time, walls are in a state of disrepair, and elevator floor was drenched in water. My mattress must have been from the original launch date of the hotel as it was incredibly uncomfortable. "All good, not fancy, clean and comfortable to sleep, except the AC unit, too noisy. I manged by running it during the dat, and turning it off during the night. Also, the refrigerator was noisy snd froze my sodas. With a bit better maintenance it would be a 5 star rating."
