"Only problems we had were we asked for a 4:00am wake up call, but it came through at 3:00 am. And only pop tarts and granola bars on Friday morning. Saturday and Sunday had some nice thing to pick from."

"Very slow check in"

"Love the location. Property was nice. The dishes were dirty. But staff was friendly and helpful!"

"Very comfortable place to stay. I will definitely stay there again when traveling that direction."

"Did not like that the balcony was inside overlooking the pool, I expected paying more for a balcony would be one that allowed for outside space, very misleading, and breakfast was underwhelming."

"Comfortable befs"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us with an early check in."

"The breakfast was excellent. The food was fresh and ready on time."

"After checking in, we had trouble with getting the TV to work. A staff member came to our room and explained it was a new system. It took over half an hour by the staff member to get reception. Even after that we had trouble finding the stations we wanted to watch. The extra steps we had to take to find stations were ridiculous, There was no list of stations provided, and we had to search through the entire station menu until we found the station we wanted. I have never seen that kind of a setup...

"The hotel was in a convenient location for us. Our room was new, clean, attractive, and well stocked. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We used the gym and it had a nice assortment of equipment. We will stay there again when we visit the Oconomowoc area."

"Staff very nice and respectful. Well lit parking area. Jacuzzi in our room was very relaxing!! The only thing I wish is that we would have gotten it for two nights. Will definitely be back!!"

"A truly wonderful experience. I’ve a short wife, she called and asked if she could get a step stool to help her get in bed. No problem. Breakfast was wonderful. We’ll be back"
