"Trust me when I say, “You DO NOT want to stay here.” While the staff have been pleasant, the towels and other linens are dirty (worn, stained, and housing other people’s body hair), the rooms are extremely dated and damaged (a plethora of holes, chipped paint, stained furniture, possibly two outlets—not up to code—in the entire room), and there are bugs. The hotel then responds to your Google review, “Sorry about inconvenience that you had with your stay.” Perhaps this should take rating down...

"It would be helpful to receive the check in instructions further in advance as I was on the road and had difficulty accessing my email and my Expedia app. (Dislike that the Vrbo app is separate from Expedia!) The listing could be more clear that this is a house and there is access to a full kitchen, dining area and pool table game room., all of which is a bonus!"
