They said they could see our reservation and were willing to cancel it, but it was booked under a previous management and they did not allow any pets, so we could not stay with our dog. "This property owner is non communicative with both guests and VRBO. They will eventually, at the last minute when prompted by vrbo, send check in instructions and say they expect a 5 star review. We would not feel safe traveling to this property (especially with children) without solid communication. All onus is placed on guests no matter the circumstances. This property owner knows that and works in those parameters. Cannot in good faith recommend this property or host."
