"We arrived early around 1pm and wanted to check-in. The front desk told us that there were no clean rooms available. So we waited until 3pm for check in and there were still no rooms available. An employee named Mrs. Tye was very helpful and got us the same room we made a reservation for. Please tell her that she the epitome of customer service and will be held in high regard."
