"We asked for a wheelchair accessible room because I am an amputee and use a wheelchair and walker. There is a step to get into the room and another, bigger step to get into the bathroom. I had to turn my walker sideways to get in and even then it was almost too tight. It took the cleaning crew 45 minutes to clean our room and there was a used coffee pouch still in the coffee pot and the carpet didn’t look like it was vacuumed very well. The TV didn’t work and there was no convenient place to...

"Nice stay, Great staff! Suggest renting a single unit, as if you were in one with attached, very noisy. In our unit you could only watch tv in bed, and the headboard was definately not made for that, very uncomfortable set up. Great location for visiting The Dalles, Multnomah Falls (and other falls) and the Bonneville Dam and fish ladders."
