"The lobby of the hotel was very nice and clean, however, the room was a little dirty. There were stains on all the pillows and sheets, and the floors had dirt on them. The hallways were also a bit rough- dirty floors and trash bags left out of the can. Breakfast was okay, though the location of the hotel was convenient. The IHOP next door was scary, I do not recommend going there."

"The front desk staff were all amazing and the corner balcony room had a very nice view. The hand lotion and shower gels smelled so great too! However, the linens for the pull-out sofa were stained and had long brown hairs all over them. The pillows were also pretty lumpy and flat and I didn’t like the itchy bed covers."

"Clean hotel. Had 2 bedroom queen beds. Received only one face towel, 2 bath towels. Went to the desk to ask for more, the man said “are you sure?” That there wasn’t more towels in the room. It was 3 of us all together. I would think if getting 2 queen beds that towels for 4 people would be ideal. He also said that he had no house keeping to get me more towels but ending up “finding” more towels. Clean hotel but make sure rooms have the appropriate amount of towels for guests"
