"This is our third stay at this lovely property. Feels very European. The hotel staff was kind enough to upgrade our room two years in a row because it was my birthday weekend.
We also had a wonderful birthday dinner at the Chicanes Restaurant, and they made that very special too."

"It was truly the worst experience I have ever had with any motel/hotel. I was turned away in the rain after I had paid days earlier on the app. I was only refunded a portion of my money. I was also asked to pay an extra $100 at check-in. The staff didn't know how their own systems worked. Very disappointing. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone especially My family and friends."
