"There were dead bugs in the hallway the room smelled like mold and cigarettes there was blood and other questionable stains on the bedspread and poop was smeared in the bathroom we had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the room so that we could stay we were booked thursday through Sunday and we left Saturday morning because we couldn't stand another night not to mention the windows in our room would not lock not to mention when this was all mentioned to staff they completely disregarded...

"Booked online friday afternoon for a king size for the same night. I get down the road from the hotel around 4 to find a message on my Expedia account saying they are sold out sorry. Turns out they werent sold out when I booked my room, they gave my room away to someone who walked in and didnt tell me until 4. So if your from out of town, you might want to call to make sure your room wasnt given away before you get there."

"This is a great place to go to unplug. The cabin was beautiful. Loved the firepit/ grill. We enjoyed cooking on it. The only downside that I found is....... Couldn't hook to the wifi. Did make harder to find thing to go visit around the area. Also no TV. I didn't mind either we had beautiful weather so we could be outside. Host left a number to call with troubles. They never returned our call. Need a better policy list. With thing on it like where to take trash, Wifi password on it, how to...

"It felt a little weird at first being so close to the owner's house, but that was a me thing. No worries when we were there. It's definitely cozy. Very nice."

"The owners were very kind. We had a lot of trouble due to a storm and they helped us out even though we got in very late. They are rustic cabins with amenities like a full stove, microwave, smart TV, and coffee maker. The area is quiet and private. It was a last minute stay for us for a work meeting. The meeting was cancelled so we hung out in the cabin the whole time. They do have picnic tables and a fire ring outside which would have been fun if it had been warmer. There's a lake and it looks...

"Really cozy and out-of-the-way little home out in the country. Perfect if you want a retreat, staying on the grounds the whole time (grounds include hot tub and fire pit, but not any big natural area). My wife and I did enjoy the house. I give the rental 4 stars because we would prefer more close by places to visit, and there were very few. The nearby brewery mentioned by the host would have been nice, but it was closed."
