"Unique place to stay. Small but perfect for what we needed. Everything worked fine. Wish it had an actual heating system rather than a portable heater. Got pretty cold and I was afraid to leave the heater on while we were out. This meant longer heating times. Convenient location to Winter Harbor and Ellsworth. Recommend pod-type coffee maker. It would be easier and less messy than bags of coffee."

"Excellent appart hotel, no issues found Very close to Acadia Park."

"Overall happy with our stay. Registration process on site was easy; room was very comfortable with a lovely view of Frenchmans Bay from the small balcony (partial view from inside). We didn't take advantage of some amenities shared with the adjacent Bluenose Inn since so much to see and do in the area, but nice that it was available. Very timely and friendly response to issue with in-room coffee maker. Would have been more comfortable had there been a bathroom fan to exhaust the shower...

"easy parking, clean room"

"TERRIBLY POOR HVAC !!! and INADEQUATE WINDOW SHADES ! and GREEN HUE WATER ? SPEND MORE MONEY - GET A BETTER PLACE !!! The HVAC was so annoying and loud even my ear plugs didn’t drown it out and it ran on and off constantly for four days never being able to keep up with any setting - probably because of drafts and some holes in the ceiling where water had apparently come through it. WINDOW “SHADES” (not really): The probably expensive double window shade system didn’t come close enough to...

"Best place to stay around Acadia. We had a great time and great view from our stay."

"Room is adequately spaced and I loved how cozy the inn is. Great stay!"

"Greatest"

"From a picture, we thought we would be closer to the water. There was a little view of it. This would be a great place for families with children in the warmer months, pool, and lots of room to run around or ride bikes. This is an older hotel that has been updated. We wanted to Uber into Bar Harbor but no Ubers were in the area. Luckily we were able to find parking both evenings."

"The staff was very friendly."

"We loved our stay. The staff was fabulous and the rooms were spotless."

"The room was clean, and the staff was friendly."

"Very nice property. Liked it. Large clean room, decent breakfast spread. Liked the late night tea/hot chocolate availability. Good, friendly service from front desk. Only negative was that there was no drinking water available anywhere - not a fountain or water dispenser or other option, and no water bottles provided in the room. Had to buy gallons of water at Walmart nearby."

"The breakfast was life changing. 🙏"
