"Clean and quiet"

"The unit was a unique cozy property. Close to downtown and very nice. We enjoyed our stay."

"The listing pictures don't do it justice. It was better in person!"

"Loved the neighborhood. Comfy bed, super receptive host. Thank you"

"Perfect location!!!"

"Andrew is very friendly and I love that he allows people to travel with their pets. The stairway leading up to our unit is carpet and our old dog had no trouble finding sure footing on the way up or down. The neighborhood is lovely and walkable. A great place to stay!"

"Would book again without hesitation. The room was clean and comfy with all the basics covered. Free WiFi and a TV were great to have for downtime, plus the location felt safe and inviting for a small town getaway."

"This house was in the perfect location!! It was adorable and cozy!! We loved staying here."

"property was conveniently located near Iowa state campus"

"The property was very clean, quite and convient. Our only real issue and this does not relate to the property was poor Verizon mobile phone service in either Iowa Falls or Alden. However, the Wi-fi in the VRBO made everything OK. We would stay again. Alden was a nice quite, clean town. We enjoyed walking the river area. We would or will stay in the future. Host was very responsive. Parking was good."

"The property is only a short drive from downtown & about 10 minutes from the Coliseum where ISU holds graduation. The house is small but had enough space for our party of 3. We had issues with our bedsheets & pillows having some dog hair on them & with the front door lock sticking, but the...

"So cozy. Just wanted to stay in the house and not go anywhere."

"Amazing house! Lots of space, adorable decor, lots of ‘extras’ - very family friendly and walking distance to downtown. Host was very accessible and helpful. Highly recommend!"

"The house was in a very convenient location for the events we had planned. The house could have been a little cleaner, but no major issues to speak off. The price was a little high for our two day stay, but it seems to be reasonably priced other times of the year."

"The WiFi speed allowed us to easily catch up on work without facing any troubles. It definitely helped streamline everything during our time here."

"Feels like home away from home with such welcoming vibes from everyone working there! Couldn't ask for more convenience during our short trip here."

"House was perfect for our group!"
