"Wonderful property! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The host responded quickly to any questions, and provided nice extras (toiletries, reverse osmosis drinking water and a large golf cart). Even though it is pet friendly, you would never know it. Very clean and absolutely no lingering smells or hairs! Have ear marked this property for return visits!"

"Wonderful place for a family stay (2 teenage boys, mom, dad and grandfather). The house was spacious and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home - they even provided little things like coffee filters! The golf cart made getting around very easy. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, paddle board and towels too. Communication with the host was very quick too."

"We enjoyed our stay and found the home clean and comfortable overall. The host was very communicative and responsive, which we appreciated. Having the golf cart was a great perk and made getting around the community fun and easy. We only visited one pool, but it was very nice and refreshing!One thing to be aware of with larger groups and diff bedtimes is that sound carries quite a bit throughout the home due to the mostly hard flooring and limited rugs. "Love this spot for accessing the bay side. The beach across the street is severely eroded, but it's a short 2 mi drive to the public beach access on the north cape. It's a little tight for big rigs but I was able to get my 43.5' class A in and out. When leaving I had to stop traffic on Cape San Blas Rd. and back out of the property. Still, it is a very nice place to stay"
