"Very nice room, clean and well supplied. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff great and very cheerful. Decent breakfast for a boxed meal"

"i loved the stay and the water park but me and my kids only stayed for one night and we got there around 4 and the waterpark closes at 8. so we went to the water park as soon as we got there and we waited in line for 10-15 minutes each time because they only had 1 person running 3 water slides. and they shut down the family slide! so basically we only got to ride slides for two hours at most. AND our connection in the room was terrible. it kept glitching the entire time. we did enjoy the...

"Very nice loved the night fire and that they had a shuttle we could use.nice view from balcony."

"It was a decent hotel. A bit overpriced in my opinion as someone who has stayed in many hotels. The amenities were nice to have. Restaurants, pool, hot tub. Spa services are outrageously priced need to be booked well in advance. I will say it feels a bit out-dated. The rooms were very basic with tiny bathrooms. "Very clean. Staff friendly. Elevator."

"Gorgeous updated property on the water. The rooms were very clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, nice location as well."

"Perfect stay!"

"Breakfast was typical of a continental offering but it was all fresh"

"My check in and checkout process was horrible. My room got taken away despite the fact that I had called earlier that night saying I will be late. Couldn't get room keys until 10am the next day when the manager came and the keys still didn't work. At check out, they deactivated my room keys despite me having late check out. My room had a dirty chair with a mystery stain and the bathroom sink had what appeared to be mold on it. Staff was otherwise friendly and the restaurant in the hotel was...

"terrible bathroom... very low water pressure. only one working ice machine on the 2nd floor. elevators out of order (tower side) had to use very small staff elevator."

"Nice view of the bay. Coffee in lobby was very good."

"Staff so nice very helpful"

"This is such a charming, tidy and beautiful hotel! Loved all of the beautiful touches that made the hotel unique and inviting. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we had questions or needed anything. Loved our balcony room - the balcony was spacious and provided a comfortable high top bar table and chairs - perfect for watching the sunset. The room was very clean and decorated beautifully and simply. It had all of the necessary things to make us comfortable and feel at home - coffee...
