"Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast included had excellent choices. The beach and grounds were immaculate beach towels available without any lengthy checkout process. Renovation of entire room was first class with new state of the art shower and remote bathing tub in main suite area. Very impressive overall. You will love it!"

"My room appeared clean, but upon closer ins0ection, it most definitely was not. Found an acrylic press on nail (used) under the chair, the toilet had pee all splashed under the lid. You can tell it was just lightly wiped down - not actually cleaned properly. I am a clean freak and cleaned the shower before using it, and the washcloth was dingy/discolored after I cleaned it."

"We have stayed there many times before. While the room is comfortable, and it’s location is superb, this trip included the main elevator not working, so if you wanted to go to the rooftop deck, you had to walk up a flight of stairs, the ice machine on our floor was out, and the credit card functioning in the restaurant was also not working. It felt like they just gave up on quickly fixing any of these issues."

"This hotel is right on the beach which is great. It is a close walk or drive to downtown Traverse City and a close walk to restaurants and fast food places. They.have a better than most breakfast bar and coffee and tea are offered all day long at the front desk. All throughout the hotel are seating arrangements for groups to gather. "Rooms need to be cleaned"

"If you are patient as well as computer literate, you will do ok. Thankfully, I was both the day of check in. We did not receive our check in email. Sent email to contact info and they got me the link I needed to start the process. There are several steps to getting your room info - room number, key code, etc. During our 2 night stay, 2 parties had problems checking in. I helped one party through every step (we happened to be in the lobby when she was having trouble and I offered to help). If I...

"The property is fairly new and has a timberline Lodge, craftsman sense of decoration. All the common areas are really well appointed with that theme and mine. Because it’s new, it is in very good condition overall. The Wi-Fi was spotty at best, though. Our devices were constantly being kicked off the network and back on again.
