"Absolutely amazing! The staff was incredible and we got a free upgrade to the penthouse!!! Absolutely breathtaking views and you can’t beat the location. I would definitely stay here again if ever back in London. Beds were very comfortable- I wish I could go back there today and just enjoy the hotel, we spent most of our time away from the hotel. "The property is a bit dated, yes, but the rooms are very clean. The location is excellent, especially if you’re in town to check out some shows on the West End. My only complaint here is the sound the ac system makes. There was a persistent grinding/whirring noise which was hard to ignore when I was trying to fall asleep. Otherwise, it was great!"

"Nice location with close proximity to Borough Market and Thames. We appreciated being able to do laundry in our room. Bed was a little uncomfortable, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay."
