"It was very difficult to check in. They had tried telling me at first that I had already checked in. I showed them my itinerary and my credentials and then after we checked in and got our room outside, it was 94° but inside our room it was over 100 so it was very uncomfortable. We had to leave for over six hours just for our room to cool down as the air conditioner did not work that well and I figured since we were checking in they were not already had at least a fan or something going in the...
