"Lägenheten var precis i vår smak. Låg väldigt bra till med gångavstånd till det mesta. Hade lite problem att komma in i lägenheten första gången. Men det löste sig. Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende och vi kommer troligen använda det igen"

"The property has many amenities for long term residents also making it convent for doing laundry and having pastime activities at night. The area is right off the 8 and 9 streetcar lines making it convent to get to the city center. The only pitfall was the confusing check-in process and mergers of staff being very hard to contact. Otherwise, good value for money."

"Check-in had to be postponed as the preparation of the apartment was not ready. The apartment was dirty and musty, it needs a couple of days of washing. Dishwasher partially ok, missing drawer for cutlery and difficult to open/close door. On top of the kitchen cupboard we found a couple of eggs and a packet of butter. Poor ventilation, dusty air vents in the bathroom."

"The apartment was clean and modern. Kitchen was clean and had the necessary tools for cooking. The only problem was the link to the movie instruction for how to enter the building and apartment did not work."

"Excellent option for the Infinite Force Dance Camp happening next door at the Instytut Kultury Miejskiej w Kunszcie Wodnym. The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and easy enough. The breakfast is basic but sufficient and easy to access. For our length of stay it was perfect, there's no room cleaning service but that was not an issue for us. AC is a bit weak so on really warm days it can get a bit warm inside the rooms. "The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location of the property is fabulous. Right by the water, with a wonderful view, and a short walk from the old town and many good restaurants. The only slight drawback to this type of location is that it's not the most quiet. We were unable to sleep with our window open because of the late nightlife. We found it a small price to pay for the rest of the conveniences. Would stay there again."
