"Quiet neighborhood meant peaceful nights of rest."

"The apartment is clean and nicely furnished. We had a small issue and the host responded immediately and resolved it. The kitchen has adequate dishes and cookware for simple meals (no dishwasher, but we didn’t make any food there). The location is near an I-74 exit, so easy to get to. Quiet building and neighborhood."

"Overall the house was clean. The heat/air works. The house is quite old. Communication and response with the maintenance company was poor. During our stay, ants in the kitchen prevented use of the counter, sink, and dishes."

The sewer backed up in the basement, spilling into the carpet of the bedroom where people were sleeping. We contacted the host who did respond in a timely way but said he’d look into it after we left. Other concerns include the 40 rusty nails and other hardware we picked out of the back yard, ants on the kitchen counter and...

"Nice neighborhood and parking spaces were big enough for a truck. Property was well maintained and it had a big front porch if you like sitting drinking coffee in the morning. Was disappointed on the house being dirty when we arrived. Floors were dirty and felt sticky.Took my shoes off before entering and socks were covered in dirt just from walking around. Definitely able to hear the people in the upstairs unit when speaking or walking."
