"The staff, Andrew, was polite and courteous upon check in. Our room was very clean, but ended up being next to the ice machine and elevator which made for a VERY noisy night. Not sure why a room so close to those types of things is not more sound proof, engineering faux pas for sure! We enjoyed the hot breakfast, but it was missing simple things like pepper for the eggs and even something simple like honey for the coffee and tea that were available from the fancy machine. These wouldn’t deter us...
