"Didn't even get to stay. Canceled my booking a WEEK before my event due to a "plumbing issue". Didn't offer any sort of credits or anything to get another room elsewhere for the same price I paid MONTHS ago. Had to get a worse hotel close to 40 minutes out of my way. Refused to do anything to help and made Expedia deal with it all. Don't even try to book with this shady business. Such scummy business practice."

"We would not recommend anyone stay at this hotel. On Sep 1, 2026 Upon entering the hotel, there was no one present at the front desk. We had to wait and keep calling out until finally someone showed up. We reserved two rooms, one of the rooms was like a sauna, because the AC didn’t work and the toilet didn't flush. My son went down to the front desk and the guy said he would be right up to check on the room. We waited for 15 minutes, no one even showed up, so my son ended up going downstairs...

"The whole building stunk! It was really dirty there! Trash on the floor! Floors that needed to be replaced. Weed smell in the building. People sleeping outside the building. No soap. Staind towels. The room was ok! I booked a two night stay. I left after the first night. The no refund policy for a slum motel or whatever you call this heap is absolutely ridiculous! I personally wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. This is by far the worst motel I've ever had the displeasure of staying...

"The staff was wonderful. Regina specifically went above and beyond and was extremely kind. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning and a comfortable and quiet stay. We will be back next year when we come to the Uprise Festival!"
