"I’ve read other reviews of this hotel. Don’t pay too much attention to them. My stay Oct 26-Nov 03 2026 was great. Clean room, large TV, great staff! Very nice stay!"

"I liked the size of the room. Plenty of space. I /we did not like the pillows. They were only one half the width of a regular pillow. About the size of a throw pillow on a couch. King size bed needs a larger pillow."

"The staff. Was so kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"It was a great stop for the price fit right into our plan and budget for a quick weekend trip to visit family"

"The room didn’t have the water bottle as they usually have whenever I visit Quality Inn. New management, please keep the old good habits"

"The room was immaculate. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options and Leo made the experience particularly enjoyable. She was pleasant and made sure the dining area was clean and the food plentiful. We really enjoyed the beverage machine with coffee, tea and hot chocolate available at all times. We’d definitely recommend and would stay again."

"Rachel was a wonderful host and prepared a delicious breakfast. The house is beautiful as are the grounds. We enjoyed learning the history of the property. Great experience."

"Hotel location is great, room was clean and had all the basics. The back patio restaurant area is great. The only downside is that in the morning the coffee nook area is hidden and ran out of coffee. We could not see anyone in the reception area even though it wasn’t very early, it was around 7:30 am. Also, the coffee area was not well appointed. Not a big deal just not the best setting."

"This was a relatively new property on the edge of the Shippensburg University campus. It was was a few miles off I-81 so very quiet but also a few miles out of the downtown area for other restaurant options if you chose not to dine at the Bistro on property."

"2 foosball tables. No pool tables:("

"Had to change my room three times first room smelled like wet carpet second room had dirty dishes in microwave. third room was OK. bathroom Tub and walls need some attention."

"The pool area and hot tub were both closed. The “continental” breakfast was bread and jelly. The juice machine put out brown oj. When I opened it there was s best by august 26 date on it. My room had 3 vanity light bulbs out when I told the person at the desk she told me they do not have any extra bulbs on premises. I only booked this hotel for the pool/hot tub and convenience of a breakfast on site, had I of known this was the case I would have booked elsewhere 100%. When I asked for a refund...

"Confort"

"The first time we stayed the clerk was young and very helpful. This time it was an older gentleman. We checked in and the refrigerator in the room was making a loud knocking sound and the television would not work. He came up to the room looked at it and said “it work” when clearly there was an error on the television. He then left. When I went to him again, he did switch out room by that time it was way past when we wanted to be in bed."
