The desk clerk was outside when we arrived and had to run in to greet us. We took the elevator up to our room on the third floor. We could smell an unpleasant odor going to our room. We left our belonging and took the stairs down to go eat. The stairs were covered in carpet and were filthy nasty. Handrails were dirty. ...

"The hotel is completely under renovation which we were not informed of when booking. No restaurant open. Our first room was unclean and someone had been laying on the bed. Front desk was helpful getting a new room. Coffee in lobby with no tops for cups. Very unpleasant experience. I typically expect more from Indigo."

"Just don’t do it. The room smelled awful, rust in the bottom of the bathtub, mold or some sort of fungus on the floor leading to the wall, paint on the bedding, smelt like urine. Even the guy at the front desk said it will take an act of congress to get your money back from a refund. We left instantly after seeing our room. Run."

I definitely was not impressed with this one the room was worn down, not updated not only did, I have problems with my room key getting in my room twice, card had to be re run in there computer but the maid never returned back to our room to give us fresh towels. after we told the guy at the front desk that we were leaving for the day and the maid could come back to clean our room and give us fresh...

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It’s very clean. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is better than most hotel breakfast with a good selection and very efficient and friendly staff making sure you have everything you need. Our room had a great air conditioner and the shower was nice and hot."

I will say the gentleman who checked me in was very kind, but there was nothing else positive about this stay. So for starters all “non smoking rooms” are on second floor(smoke rises). My scrubs for work smelled like I’d been smoking all night. The towels looked used with black finger prints on them. Apparently they wash them themselves rather than using a towels service. ...
