"Clean and very nice apartment!"

"clean, modern space that is quiet to be on a busy street"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully furnished. We had everything we needed! It is in a great location and within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Highly recommended !(Just an FYI - parking is across the street and we did not see an elevator. Maybe we missed it? This was no problem for us, but might be an issue for those with mobility issues.)"

"A wonderful, pet friendly property just a few minutes from the town center of Floyd. New construction, furniture and appliances. The complimentary coffee (K-cups), half and half and laundry detergent were much appreciated! And the property manager Pat was great to work with when I needed to change properties to bring a foster dog my wife brought home from APS two weeks before the trip! Highly recommend if you’re traveling to Floyd!"

"We had a very relaxing, peaceful time. City of Floyd, known as the friendliest in America, was enchanting. Good restaurants, nice people beautiful shops. We can't wait to go again!"

"The cute tiny house has everything we needed and provided a relaxing getaway atmosphere. Star gazing and watching the wildlife were highlights. The close proximity to Floyd makes it convenient to go into town. Highly recommend checking out Five-Mile Mountain Distillery for incredible moonshine cocktails. Cheers and relax!"

"Perfect. Wonderful. Lovely. My heart was filled far beyond the size of the home. All the little touches, the awesome tub the kitchen and laundry accommodations, the firepit and surrounding woods made for the perfect ovenight getaway as I traveled south.***Highly recommend*** for any woodsy person and nature artist, such as myself.Love, love, loved it!!! Thank You Tyler!!!"

"We stayed at peace and pinecones cottage by Buffalo Mountain getaway for a wedding in Willis. We’re extremely happy with the house and our host. The cottage is just as described and the cleanliness was perfect. Beds and pillows were comfy. I would highly recommend! "

"Great accommodations, exactly as described. Would def stay again!"

"My senior citizen parents and I had a wonderful stay at Susana and Sean's lovely apartment in Floyd! The location was very convenient to downtown Floyd and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Their walk out basement apartment home is situated on a hill in a quiet neighborhood and as pictured. It is beautifully furnished and decorated, very comfortable. Any items you would need if you forget them were provided, such as chargers, umbrellas, flashlight, etc. We cooked most of our meals -- the kitchen is...

"The property itself was exceptionally nice. It was new (looking at least), well appointed and conveniently located. The coffee and milk in the fridge were very nice touches. The front porch is the best feature, nice view, very relaxing and a nice place to relax after the day.I felt the photos oversold the privacy aspects a bit. The back deck is in a direct line of view to the adjacent home. The front porch is sheltered from that and even though the view is across the street, a nice view clearing...

"Very near to where we wanted to be and extremely comfortable rooms!"

"We stayed an entire week in the bankers loft while in the area for the USA Cycling Mountain Bike Nationals at Explore Park. The location was perfect for accessing the Blue Ridge Parkway. The loft was exactly as advertised, very clean and well-stocked. Host was helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area."

"Kitchen and house were fully equipped for cooking and house was equipped as well . Had a great time and really enjoyed Meadows of Dan and Floyd. Will for sure stay again."

"Beautiful home with great views - our family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, plenty of space, and it looked better than the pictures from the listing. The garage is a great perk too. Home is surrounded by so much wildlife and beautiful fruit bushes and trees. Front porch sunsets are amazing! The only issue we had was at checkout, the cleaning crew came early while we were finishing packing up, and said checkout time was 10am, even though the listing and email confirmed 10:30am....
