"Our bathroom was not cleaned and there were still dirty towels that were hanging on the wall, the back of the door, and over the shower curtain rod. There was a used soap in the shower with a piece of trash from an unknown container. This also made us worried for the fact that there could have been a possibility of our sheets not being clean."

"Premises is totally in need of an update. At the time of check in, one lady was kinda rude. It was about 15 minutes till check in time and she refused to hand us the keys. When we went to the pool there was a large group of kids in the pool playing games and being loud and splashing all the time.
