"Beyond pissed. Reserved room on expedia. King suite with jacuzzi. Got there only to be told room was not available and put into a king room that stunk like urine, floor was filthy, no jacuzzi tub, room looked like it was in middle of construction, and we found ticks!!! We packed fast in the morning and left. Its our anniversary and to say we are beyond upset, and to find out they are still charging us for a jacuzzi room!!!!! WTFFFF. I didnt complain because the man at the front desk i cant...

"We were visiting Iron Mountain to spend Thanksgiving with our family. The location was perfect, and the kitchen space was great for cooking. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would stay here again when we visit next time."

After the 1st night I realized my bed had a broken box spring which I told front desk. I asked if maintenance could swtich out the box...

"This is such a cute and cozy little house. All amenities work as described. The heat and air conditioning function very well. The house is very clean with a comfortable little living room with a nice big screen TV.This is a remodeled lovely old home in a safe neighborhood. Rooms are small but definitely functional. It won't suit your needs if you're looking for a dining room table. The steps going to the second story are short and somewhat steep, which is normal for these older homes. These are...
