"I gave a 3 star rating for a previous stay because of being in rm 101, next to the noisy stairwell. This time, Rm 102, had no issues. So, which room you have matters. On the eco issue, the hotel tries, but people have no concept of recycling, so it all turns out a waste. A people problem, not the hotel."
