"The AC did not work. It was 78 degrees in our room. We called to let them know and see if we could switch to another room or two rooms if another suite was not available, but they never found anything. No one slept well. Then the breakfast was not available until 7:30 on the weekend. We had to leave at 7, so we did not get breakfast. When you pay nearly $500 for a room, you expect AC and breakfast."

"Other than the bathroom being a little tired...which lets face it, it could be brand new and the way products wear and people treat them it could look tired in a weekend...it was awesome. The lobby is a show stopper, the parking is a no brainer, the pool...okay...let's talk about the pool. It's not deep, you have access to the loveliest little courtyard from it and they have a built in accessibility lift!!! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and some fancy ones at that, all over north America and...

"No AC in community areas, pool/spa was broken and disgusting. Elevator only worked half the time, our keys kept shutting down, couldn’t get fresh towels and we were there for 4 days. Garbages never got emptied and never replaced dirty cups in room… halls smelt like Marijuana and HOT. Just an overall bad experience."

"FYI, I figured this was similar to another Sonesta location I stayed at so I was not expecting it to be more like a furnished rental. There weren't many photos to go by so it looked like the room doors were interior not exterior, which I don't prefer. Overall the room was much more than I expected in terms of space and it was a good deal, but staff never answered the phone and that was frustrating. The bathroom was small and dimly lit which made me pass on taking a shower as I only stayed one...

"The bed was quite comfortable. The HVAC was easy to operate and I liked the constant fan option. We were only staying one night, but the room was quite spacious. I would highly recommend this property."
