"This property needs a lot of help"

"The bed was so comfy, room was good nice n big! They patched the ceiling in the bathroom n u could see it, hubby said there was MOLD! I took a shower in the morning n the water wouldn't drain in the tub, very annoying, upon telling the front desk were checking out the lady was so confused asked for my name so I tild her she looked at the computer screen like i'd never sen anyone do, then asks for my first name, which i thought was ODD! Get someone who understands ENGLISH! I told her about issues...

"clean, consistent stay in Muncie. The attached bar and restaurant are great."

"Front desk staff made check in easy and she was so nice. Overall, the stay was wonderful."

"Large comfortable rooms, quiet, good breakfast and we'll maintained property."

"Raj was helpful at the front desk and available when needed. We also enjoyed watching the turtle in the lobby."

"Multiple outlets in the room did not function and one was not even grounded. When I brought this issue up after a night of no water in the entire hotel, the day time manager REFUSED to compromise to find a solution and even hung up on me and only agreed to compromise once I escalated to customer relations. "Shout out to Expedia for helping me when the hotel I booked was closed. This "substitue" hotel, was wonderful. Thanks Expedia for saving me at that late hour!! The breakfast was fantastic!!"

"It was a good stay...clean room, good breakfast bar, pleasant staff. Did have to reach out later to have my final bill e-mailed to me but that was the only glitch."

"We stay here because of the proximity to the football stadium and tailgate fields. It's always too warm and you can't get the a/c to cool it off. It turns off after a minute or two."

"The staff was friendly, but check in was long. The building at night was filled with marijuana smoke on both nights we stayed, and the dog barking was annoying the first day. Overall, it was a Motel 6, so expectations were low."
