It was conveniently located close to EVERYTHING including lots of beaches, lots of restaurants, areas with bike paths, nature preserves, you name it. And bonus for me, the property was a birder's paradise. I was able to photograph all kinds of birds including osprey, various types of herons, hawks, ducks, and more that right in the yard or right...
