"Staff was great restaurant food was great will be back"

"I've stayed at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis before, but unfortunately this was not a great experience for me. I got checked in, went to my room and thought it was pretty nice. I took a shower and attended an event not too far from the hotel. When I returned, I ordered food decided to grab a bag off the table when I noticed something brown (roach) scurry across the table. I screamed and called the front desk. The security guard came up and took a report. I was then moved to another room...

"First of all, Incidentals fee+"destination fee", Both of which are " To cover expenses incurred during your stay". the "$60" mandated Valet parking whether you have a vehicle or not/ (which is supposed to be rolled into the incidentals?)" I didn't come up with it. Don't tell me it doesn't exactly make sense or provide a clear picture of the final charges. I have no idea what I will have paid by the end of it all. I asked for early check in and I may have had to forgo getting my incidentals...

"The restaurant could have been better, it’s stated that they close at 11 but I was rushed to hurry up and order because they were leaving early because they were slow and that wasn’t fun but everything else was great"

"Place was full of good energy that came from a staff that enjoys what they do. Enjoyed my time there and good folks I met while down there. Recommend for anyone looking for a place with a great staff the melds home and professionalism well. And eggslut smacks!"

"Positives: The property is beautiful! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is a foos court attached so dining waa eaay! Negatives: An elevator was out during a very busy weekend so wait times were high and the pool was closed during our visit. The parking is expensive ($70) but reasonable lots are available if you're willing to walk a bit."

"I had a room with the city view. It was really nice. The only thing is by 7:30 am you hear the sound of the trains. It is a decent place and I would recommend it."
