"After checking in a thunderstorm came through a couple hours later and knocked the power out. There was no backup generator and the power didn’t come back on till after midnight. I stayed in my truck in the parking lot till power came back on. When I checked out the next morning, there was no offer of a discount or partial refund for the power being out. Would not stay there again."

"We were greeted by friendly staff when we arrived! We were provided bottled water and cookies. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and washcloths. The continental breakfast was good and the staff kept all the different food items stocked. The staff was always polite and eager to assist if needed."

"Wi-Fi worked -that is the best I can give. selected this hotel due to location to the medical center but rude staff and the room had a terrible odor. and the faucet from the bathroom almost came off. But very rude front desk with a sassy attitude and not helpful at all so felt it was a dead end to share anything."
