"Booked regular suit room, & has been given the room for disability/wheelchair people. We have been said- they have made upgrade for us, as we have been allowed for the upgrade, & room for disability people is considered as an upgrade! Crazy. Will never stay again not only in this hotel, but in chain! Not recomended!"

"Veronica was at the front desk when we checked in. She is exactly the type of person you want to greet customers! She was genuine, had a great smile, and was warm and caring. Another employee was Lacy (I think that was her name). She was an older woman who was working the breakfast. She was so helpful, and always smiling. We might not stay at this hotel again since this was off our beaten path, but since we take a lot of road trips and I definitely book according to reviews. Major points for me...
